                                     Susan Rich MBA, CPA
                                     

Susan brings a combination of management experience and fiscal expertise to her work at LIFMS. Her extensive 25+ years of work history spans the not-for-profit, healthcare, social services, government and international sectors. She has held positions as CFO at many organizations including a large LI surgical group/ambulatory surgical facility, a major NYC foster care agency operating a SED funded school for medically frail children, an international medical clinical research foundation, and a for-profit international B-to-B internet trading exchange. 


                                     Christina McQuillan- Senior Accountant
                                     

Christina is a graduate of Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Information Systems. She has 15 years of experience in the accounting industry. She has held various positions throughout her career in both the public and private sector including audit fieldwork and preparation, supervising the processes of accounts payables and accounts receivables, monthly reconciliations, year-end closings and the preparation and review of company financial statements


                                     Heather Bassler-Staff Accountant
                                     

Heather is currently in her junior year at Dowling College and scheduled to graduate in December 2012. She has worked for five years as a bookkeeper and has excellent reconciliation and computer skills. While still a student and CPA candidate, Heather is known for her strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills and mature demeanor.


                                    Patricia Luckey-Full Charge Bookkeeper
                                    

Pat has an extensive background in a variety of areas of accounting for a diverse group of companies from banking to construction. In her 30+ year career, she has held positions ranging from F/C bookkeeper to Accounting Manager. Pat began her career as an income and expense reconciliation clerk in one of the top five banks in the country in the late 70's. She grew in that capacity and left the company as an accounting officer. After moving to Long Island from NYC, she has worked with companies in various sectors including nuclear medicine, title insurance and contracting. Pat is recognized as a team leader who has successfully implemented new accounting systems and has established policies and procedures to properly manage cash and escrow accounts. She continues to work with LIFMS utilizing her extensive bookkeeping and management expertise.
